Following is a proposal of sorts…
All Royal Mail postage stamps have perforated edges. Originally this was so they could easily be torn apart when bought in sheets. Today most stamps come as stickers that don’t need separating from the larger sheet. However, the perforated perimeter remains. I proposal a stamp that celebrates the iconic perforated perimeter dot by continuing it across the surface of the stamp.
